mC-Print2 Thermal Printer
The mC-Print2 is the smaller printer in the mCollection®. Perfect for minimizing counter space while optimizing functionality. With a square footprint of only 96 x 115 x 100 mm, Star’s smallest desktop printer is 60% smaller than the TSP100III. This 2-inch thermal printer also has multiple connectivity options, including USB, Lightning, Bluetooth, CloudPRNT, WLAN, and LAN. These five connections all come from the same model, which makes this printer future-proof, giving the retailer the ability to change their POS system without changing the printer. Multiple connectivity options give technology providers an easy integration process through common software.
The mC-Print2 comes with a hub that offers full USB connectivity for up to three peripherals. The peripherals for the mCollection® include the mG-S and mG-T series scales, 1D/2D barcode scanners, customer displays, kitchen buzzers, and more. Each piece of the mCollection® is designed with style in mind, enhancing your brand with a unique and unified look. The USB hub also supports HID devices in Keyboard mode.
SteadyLAN®, available on certain mC-Print2 models and designed for iOS, provides direct cabled control of the printer and attached peripherals, as well as Ethernet provision to the tablet, from the wired Ethernet port of the printer (iOS10 or later required). SteadyLAN® is available on the following mC-Print2 models: mCP21LB.
