What is SWAP-A-STAR?

Star Micronics’ SWAP-A-STAR® is a Supplimental Service Agreement that allows customers to enhance a qualifying product’s manufacturer Limited Warranty beyond its standard benefits at a low cost per printer. SWAP-A-STAR® enables you to have a replacement printer shipped to you within 24 business hours of notifying Star and the claim approval.
