Where can I find the SP298 Driver for Windows 7/Vista/XP?

The zip file linked below contains the Beta version driver of the SP298 for Windows 7 (32/64-bit), Windows Vista (32/64-bit), and Windows XP. This driver does not have an installer package and must be added manually through the Devices and Printers (Windows 7/Vista) or Printers and Faxes (Windows XP) window.
